Pikachu - Ceramic Sculpture

Number 4 of 7. YIPEE !!

To complete my collection for the 1st generation Pokemon starter's i finished it up with Pikachu because technically in the TV show Pikachu was a starter and he is the most recognizable Pokemon in the whole series so i had to do him lol.

Pikachu isn't that very heavy.He is less than 7 lbs diffidently. I couldn't attach his tail to his body when he was in clay form so i used a strong ceramic glue and taped it in place till it dried in the ceramic stage. The first time i glued it i didn't use enough glue so it gradually started to fall off. Just recently i had the time to really glue that tail on and it isn't coming off this time !

Pikachu is about 10 inches tall,but if you include his right ear he's about 15 inches tall ^_^ . In case you were wondering that weird circle on the back of his head was a piece that was too thick and when it was cooking in the kiln it popped right off. I had to glue it back in place and its pretty noticeable sorry xD.
